Research pioneered by Dr Simon and our award-winning WS-PPG was presented by Lawrence Dawson formerly from Oxford University’s Centre of Evidence Based Medicine at the Royal College of General Practitioner Annual Primary Care Conference & Exhibition 2023; ePoster 5145: Do GPs practices which employ Social Prescribin exhibit similar patterns in the prescription of pain and antidepressant medication?
Due to the surgery’ s culture of considering the patient holistically and the enhanced patient engagement via WS-PPG, we have delivered:

- better outcomes for musculoskeletal pain management
- significantly lower use of potentially harmful medication
